"I enjoyed my stay at Oakwood very much. The rooms were clean and spacious.
The beds were clean and soft (I like soft), though the pillows are a big voluminous.
There were a washing machine (and detergent), which made my life much easier.
If I go to Jakarta again, I will definitely hope to stay at Oakwood again."

"I liked it a lot -- the only thing I didn't like was the food lol. It was hella mid for the price but there's a food court that's walking distance so dont worry about that. The only thing I would note is that taxis may find the location hard to get to. Other than that, pretty good hotel. The room was cozy and it even had a balcony (which I didn't make use of bc its so hot in Indonesia but I liked that it was there). There was also a kettle which I was NOT expecting. "When I booked, the stay was advertised on hotels.com as "All inclusive". This was not true, it turned out: Only breakfast was included, and "All inclusive" was for children only - not highly relevant on a business trip.
Apart from that, staff was very service minded and helpful.
A la carte in the restaurant is surprisingly good and not very expensive.
But the restaurant has terrible acoustics and is very noisy.The room was a bit dated but comfortable and quite OK as you would expect at this...

"As soon as I got there the staff immediately started helping, they helped with luggage, opened the doors, guided me where to go. They led me to check in which is on the 51st floor. Gave me my room card and there was a water station there so I got some. Headed to my room and it was enormous. Beautiful views, everything was clean, amazing bathroom and had a separate room for my luggage. A few minutes later and the staff brought my bags to my room. Breakfast here is wonderful. Most of the tables...

"Great location. Walking distance from Kota Kasablanka Mall. Easy with Taxi. Fantastic staff. Ok maintained, but old - which in itself not negative, but could be better maintained. Great foods, especially breakfast buffet. Civa grill so so.
