Villa Grecale is a contemporary four-bedroom property set above the sea in the village of Marušići on the Omiš Riviera. One of two neighbouring villas, it offers a high-spec base for a Croatian coastal stay, with generous living areas, strong design detail and impressive wellness facilities. Sleeping up to eight guests (with an additional sofa bed available), it is also a great option for groups looking to book alongside the identical Villa Etesia next door.

Set between Omiš and Makarska, the villa enjoys a position close to beaches, the Cetina River and the Biokovo mountains, giving guests easy access to both relaxation and outdoor activities.

Inside, the villa is defined by clean architectural lines, modern interiors and thoughtful features including underfloor heating, a lift connecting all floors and three bedrooms with private terraces. The ground floor is dedicated to a private wellness suite with a jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and gym, while the main living level combines open-plan living with direct access to the pool terrace.

A rooftop terrace with dining area, barbecue and far-reaching sea views completes the experience, offering a standout space for evenings overlooking the Adriatic.

Marušići is a small coastal village set between Omiš and Makarska, known for its clear, shallow waters and relaxed pace. With a mix of pebble beaches, pine woodland and local restaurants serving Dalmatian cuisine, it’s well suited to those looking for a quieter base by the sea, while still having essential amenities close by.

The surrounding area offers plenty to explore, from the riverside setting of Omiš to the lively waterfronts of Makarska. The Cetina River is nearby, where you can try rafting, kayaking or zip-lining through the canyon, while the slopes of Biokovo Nature Park provide opportunities for hiking and far-reaching coastal views.

Along the coast, Baška Voda and nearby villages such as Promajna and Bratuš offer easy-going beach days, local food spots and small harbours to wander. For a change of pace, Split is within reach, with its historic centre, waterfront promenade and wide choice of restaurants and shops.
