Spacious Luxury 5-BR Villa for 10 by the sea, with infinity pool

Only two kilometres away from Omiš, a city known for its variety and beauty, villa Sea Breeze offers a luxurious vacation with all its amenities.This spacious villa, only 20 m from the sea, has a large kitchen on the ground floor intended for all those who love and want to try their hand at culinary endeavours. But if that's not how you imagined your vacation, the luxuriously equipped and air-conditioned living room with a sea view provides relaxation on hot summer days.
The villa can accommodate a total of 10 people in 5 bedrooms. 4 rooms are located on the first floor, while one is on the ground floor. All rooms are equipped with king-size beds measuring 200x200. In addition to the beds, the rooms are air-conditioned and have spacious private bathrooms with shower and bathtub. On the house's ground floor, there is also a wellness corner with a sauna and a bathroom.
In the outer part of the house, where you have the feeling that you have already stepped into the sea with one foot, you can refresh yourself in the privacy of your home. A heated infinity pool with its 50m² and 1.5m depth is at your disposal. Next to the pool, there is an outdoor lounge, as well as sunbeds where you can rest and sunbathe. In addition to facilities for relaxation, there is also a grill for all those grill experts.
Villa Sea Breeze was built right next to its twin, Villa Loma. If necessary, these two Villas can be connected in the outer part of the house and can be used for larger gatherings and groups.

Just a short walk from the apartment and you'll encounter Brzet Beach, a stunning stretch of coastline that offers clear blue waters and white pebble sands.
For an adventurous escape, head to the Cetina River, an essential Omiš attraction. Here, you can indulge in river rafting, canyoning, or zip-lining over the cliff views of the canyon.
Omiš is not just about nature, it’s equally rich in history and culture. Explore the medieval fortress Mirabella (Peovica) perched above the town for some breathtaking panoramic views. Additionally, the fortress of Fortica (Starigrad) is also worth visiting for history enthusiasts who can enjoy a pleasant hiking trail besides learning about Omiš pirates history. Also, take time to wander in the old town of Omiš, with its narrow stone streets, quaint squares, and ancient stone houses, you will feel as though you have stepped back in time. Visit the Church of St Michael and the Holy Cross Church – exhibiting the city's rich history.
When it comes to dining, the local restaurants serve up a variety of delicious traditional Croatian dishes. You must try some fresh Adriatic seafood and locally produced wine.
Just half an hour’s drive will take you to Split, the second-largest city in Croatia. Here, you can wander inside the 1,700-year-old walls of Diocletian's Palace, stroll along Riva Harbour, or relax at the sandy Bacvice Beach.
Take a boat trip to Brač Island, known for its famous Zlatni Rat beach and lush olive groves. Ferries from Omiš make it easy to visit this picturesque island.
