*A 40 square meter heated swimming pool with a shallow area for relaxing dips and a sun deck with six cozy deck chairs awaits you outside. This private haven, surrounded by lush vegetation in fifty shades of green, is the perfect place to unwind in the swing chair, lounge in the corner, and enjoy the sun. With sliding doors leading to the kitchen, a covered dining area with a barbecue (wood and charcoal) is the ideal spot to enjoy a wonderful family meal.
*The ground floor features a fully air conditioned, open concept and stylish living room with a sofa and TV, a fully furnished kitchen with an island, and sliding doors leading to the outdoor dining area and the pool. A media room featuring a TV, PlayStation 5, air conditioning, a sofa that doubles as a sofa bed, a table soccer table, and a sliding door leading to the pool area is also available. A separate restroom with a laundry area (including a dryer, washer, and iron with ironing supplies).
* Bedroom NO1 (16 sqm) on the first floor features a king-size bed measuring 180 cm by 200 cm, air conditioning, TV, balcony overlooking the pool and surrounding landscape, and an attached 4,5 sqm bathroom featuring a bathtub.

In front of the villa is a five-car secured parking lot, and both the main entrance and the parking lot are covered by a video surveillance system. From the parking lot, you are approaching the first floor - the bedroom level.
