Excellent property in an area close to downtown Omaha.

The code for the key box didn’t work, however David made quick arrangements to get us access to the house and everything went perfectly after that. Everything was as advertised and this home worked perfectly for our 3 night stay. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to anyone planning to visit the Omaha area.

We had the pleasure of staying at this lovely historic home and it was a delightful experience. The property is full of character with charming architectural details. The house was impeccably maintained lending old world, charm with modern comfort, seamlessly the cozy interiors, tasteful decor, and thoughtful touches made it feel like a home away from home if you’re looking for a quaint getaway that includes history of warmth this proper as a gem

The house was perfect! We have a large family of adult children and chose to meet in Omaha for Christmas. The owner, David was very helpful and provided the perfect holiday touches. Christened decorations, including a Christmas tree and Christmas china, made our holiday feel like we were home and not in a rental. The kitchen was the perfect set up to cook for our family and extended family that joined us for a meal or two. We will look for this home the next time we gather in Omaha!

The home is just as pictured and one of the cleanest I’ve stayed in. The kitchen is well stocked with two sets of dishes, lots of cooking utensils, pans etc. Though we did not use them, there were many basic ingredients stocked as well. And my in-laws greatly enjoyed the Viking stove. It was in the high 80’s or 90’s most days during our stay and a/c worked very well for us, each room has an in wall unit with a remote for temp and fan speed. David was quick to respond to my messages - less than an hour and usually within 20 min. We had an issue with the 2 floor sink and he sent service the next day to fix it. The sun room quickly became a favorite spot for reading and card games. We also enjoyed walking the area. Highlights were the beautiful old homes, the cathedral, Joselyn castle, Lisa’s Radial Cafe and the bakery next door for breakfast. There is a small grassy back yard with a picnic table. Suggestions: put in a key pad on the back door rather than using the box for the physical key, change one of the twin bedrooms on the 2nd floor to a queen.

This is a terrific place to stay. Located in the Gold Coast area of Omaha, it is a short walk to the Blackstone area with it's dining and nightlife options. The host was easy to deal with and a great communicator. We may very well stay here again in the future.

This home was just right in every way. There were spaces to all be together comfortably and numerous private spaces for just unwinding. The well-stocked kitchen includes basic condiments and spices. Convenient parking and very friendly host. Thanks.

The house was beautiful and spacious enough to allow for two adults and three teenagers to spread out when needed, but also spend time together in the living space. Great location, extremely quick response from host when any questions arose. Would recommend to others and stay again when in the area next.

This house was everything we needed and more for our weekend. The family loved it, such an awesome place to gather. Also really appreciate the lack of “fussiness” on how the house should be before we left and the ability to have a late check out.

We 6 (3 moms and 3 adult daughters) enjoyed the beautiful home. It accomodated us well and we played lots of cards around the dining table. Off street parking is cozy, but my van managed it just fine. Lovely home.

The communication with David was always quick and helpful. The house is super cute!! There was enough room for everyone to spread out. There are multiple levels. The house is in a great location, and within a few miles to many things-The Stadium, Downtown, The Old Market, The Zoo, The Airport…Our visit coincided with an unnaturally warm time/heat advisory. There were air conditioning units in every room but one. It was stuffy in that bedroom (the double twin) but the fans helped. Everything that could be done to make us comfortable was. If ever we find ourselves in Omaha again, we would be lucky to stay here again, and would book this house without hesitation. It is BEAUTIFUL, comfortable and in a quiet, relaxing location. We enjoyed many things about this neat city, and this house was the cherry on top. We highly recommend this house!

The home is a well maintained older home that comfortably accommodated our family of six adults. We enjoyed our stay and the backyard views. The home was spotless and well supplied with all the necessities. We recommend the home and thank the owner for making us feel welcome.

This was a great place for our group of 8. It was very clean, and the pictures shown are completely accurate. It was a neat neighborhood and we felt very safe there. It was easy to get to the all the places we were in town to visit from here. Good timely responses from our host too!
