• The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances such as refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and cooking utensils. It also has a stove top and oven.
• Two full bathrooms. The downstairs bathroom has an oversized bathtub.
• The Studio Loft condominium accommodates 3 to 6 people.

This two-story condominium is 800 square feet with two stories, two bathrooms, great gathering zones, and a dining table. The Studio Loft has two bathrooms conveniently located on each floor. The bottom floor bathroom has an oversized tub.

Upon entering this spacious condominium, a beautiful tile entry leads you to the kitchen, the adjacent queen murphy bed and kitchenette on the first floor. You’ll notice the wood built-ins, special condominium design and construction that add to the woodsy cabin feel – but there is nothing rustic about this space.

The open living room has a sofa, chair, coffee table and a bench you can borrow too. All this creates a comfortable gathering areas for après and the fun tales of the day. The television sits on a tall bureau if that is needed as an escape too. The queen murphy bed is separated from the living area by the dining table that seats six, offering a wonderful space to enjoy meals together. The downstairs bathroom has an oversized tub/shower.

The compact kitchen has wooden cabinets, new tile walls and granite counters. It is fully equipped with all the essential stainless-steel appliances, including a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, stove top and oven.

The top loft space has wooden beams and walls to distinguish it from the downstairs. Inside you’ll find a second queen bed with a wooden bed frame. The bedroom can be made more private by a sliding barn door. This top floor has its own bathroom and a wall hanging television, making it a functional spot to work or for an escape zone.

After a day of skiing or snowboarding, enjoy the hot tubs and unwind. If you're here during the summer, the seasonal swimming pool leads you directly to a state of relaxation. Additionally there is the health club, steam room and sauna.

Mountain conditions, lift operations, and opening or closing schedules fluctuate with weather and are determined solely by Palisades Tahoe Resort – a different company altogether. Palisades Tahoe Lodge Rentals and Granite Peak Management do not oversee mountain operations. Refunds or re-booking are not available for weather related travel issues or resort closures.
