    The Space:

    Enjoy ski-in/ski-out access to world-class terrain via a private chairlift at this inviting studio in the Everline Resort & Spa. Plush beds promise restful nights, and a Keurig coffeemaker helps you start the day with ease.



    Glide home from the slopes to enjoy a host of wonderful amenities. Two heated pools and a kids' pool with a slide provide hours of fun. Unwind in the hot tubs or book an appointment at the full-service spa. Extra on-site perks include an ice-skating rink, groomed cross-country ski trails, a fly-fishing pond, and a professional-grade golf course. Explore the scenic nature trail skirting the resort or the nearby Truckee River Bike Trail. 10 minutes away, gorgeous Lake Tahoe presents a picturesque setting for boating, rafting, and paddleboarding.



    Watch favorite shows on the flatscreen TV. The writing desk by the windows presents a scenic workspace. The kitchenette is equipped with a mini-fridge, an insulated ice bucket, and a Keurig coffee maker.



    This studio sleeps four guests between two queen beds in the sleeping space. The bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.

    This condo is located on the fifth floor. Elevators are available.

    The Everline Resort & Spa charges a daily resort fee of $50 plus tax (subject to change) for each room of your stay in order to provide services and amenities that enhance the guest experience. This fee is charged as part of your reservation at the time of booking.



    Additional parking fees apply, if applicable:

    Overnight Valet $65,

    Overnight self-parkng $35,

    Visitor Valet $40/hr,

    Visitor Self parking $30/hr.



    Due to snow conditions, ski-in/ski-out accessibility may not be available in early/late season, and only when the Palisades Tahoe lift is operational.

Love this location.

Location is amazing and the owner is super responsive. Hope to stay here again. PS The water slide was a huge bonus.

Beautiful hotel

After a bit of a mix up with the booking, Turnkey helped to straighten it all out and our stay was fabulous. The hotel was great and a beautiful setting for a mid-week getaway.

Perfect long weekend

This property was exactly as described and was perfect for what we needed. The hosts were very responsive and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend this property and these hosts to anyone.

Beautiful Resort

My daughter and granddaughter stayed 2 nights here. Very beautiful and very family friendly. Lots to do at the resort, pool, grassy area for kids and adults to enjoy games, corn hole, giant chess, and others. My hubby and I will defiantly will be coming back by ourselves to enjoy the spa and other amenities.

Great stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was clean, comfortable and well-supplied. I was very happy there, and would definitely do it again!

Great for ski trip

Location is unbeatable and the amenities are super nice. My 7 year old was able to take advantage of the lift but my 4 year old had to be dropped off separately at Palisade since he can only go one green trails.

Better to Book directly with the Resort

The property is beautiful - but I was discouraged to see that my friends who booked directly with the Resort had cleaner, more modern rooms. They also were offered super lovely and plush robes to use. The bathroom was outdated and missing hooks for towels and a full-length mirror. I also wanted a late check out and could not for the life of me, find the owner's contact information in any of my booking emails. it was a bit frustrating.

Do not choose this place

We had prepared to come up and enjoy a weekend skiing at this property. Unfortunately, Highway Patrol closed the 80E and turned cars around with no ETA on reopening. I called Vacasa 5 separate times (and endured massive wait times) and were reassured by multiple customer reps that we would be refunded on this reservation given the road closures and lack of ability to check in--we had to send snapshots of the CalTrans website confirming that the road was in fact closed. We told the rep to cancel the reservation, assuming that they would deliver on the refund. This is only to find out that they went back on their word the next day and said that nothing would be refunded. They said that the customer service reps were misinformed and 'unfortunately there was nothing they could do to make the situation better.' We are highly disappointed and will not be doing business with Vacasa ever again. Please save yourself the trouble and book elsewhere with a company takes accountability for their own actions and does right by the customer.
