Typical house of Lake Como on 3 floors, located in the characteristic narrow streets of Limonta, a few minutes walk from the lake. Strategic location for those who want to stay in the heart of the lake, near Bellagio, in an authentic and relaxing environment.

The accommodation is spread over three levels. The entrance is through a private courtyard equipped with a barbecue and outdoor dining table, perfect for enjoying quiet evenings outdoors.
On the ground floor there is a living area with sofas and stove, ideal for moments of relaxation. On the left you can access the kitchen, typical and full of character, fully equipped with modern appliances including induction hobs, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator with freezer, as well as everything you need for cooking. There is also a dining area. Also on this level there is a suggestive exposed stone cellar and a full bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet, sink and washing machine.
The upper floors are connected by a spiral staircase (rather narrow, so to be used carefully).
On the first floor there is a double bedroom with access to a terrace with a relaxation area. On the second floor, attic, there is a second bedroom with two single beds plus a third pull-out bed. A welcoming and versatile space, ideal for children or groups of friends.

Oliveto Lario offers a natural environment of great beauty and is perfect for exploring the Lecco area. In a few kilometers you can reach Bellagio. Nearby there is a ferry stop that connects several villages on the lake, in addition to the bus service with connections to Bellagio and Lecco. The property does not have private parking, but it is usually possible to find public parking nearby without difficulty.
