Wonderful beachnear Holiday villa with private pool and barbecue place

Summary:
The rental price must be paid by bank transfer. In addition to the displayed price, the following expenses are to pay in cash upon arrival:

- guarantee 400 € (will be refunded 1 week after departure)

The rent includes electricity till 85 kwh/week and water til 10 cbm/week (more consumption is to pay).

Between October till may the expenses for electricity and gas are to pay completely extra.

The Space:
Holiday villa close to the beach with private pool. A very well equipped and modern house.

Heating in winter about the warm-cold air-condition.
A barbecue and 4 sun-beds are available for the tenants. Internet per wifi .

All rooms are at ground level. There is a living-dining room (with air conditioning) with an open kitchen (with dishwasher), 3 bedrooms (each with air conditioning), 2 bathrooms.

Very nice garden with lawn, pool about 8 x 4 m x 1,70 m deep. Wonderful barbecue place in front of the pool.

Guest Access:
Somebody will meet the guests.

The Neighborhood:
The house is located in a quiet residential area with single-family houses.

Getting Around:
The house is in a central location, the sandy beach, restaurants and shops are within walking distance.
Distance to the sandy beach 600 meters, little supermarket and restaurants 500 m; Golf 600 m. Horse riding 1,5 km. Natural thermal pool (28 degree all over the year) about 4 km.

Other Things to Note:
Minimum age of tenants 25 years, only couples or families with children are allowed (no single groups). Dog keeping not possible.
