It is furnished with a table and chairs, making it the perfect place to start the day with breakfast while enjoying the peaceful sound of the sea. As the apartment is located on the second floor, please bear in mind that there are neighbours nearby.

The interior is arranged on one level and offers bright, comfortable rooms. The living room features a ceiling fan and Smart TV and opens onto the dining area. The separate kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob and all the utensils you need to cook just as you would at home. A washing machine and tumble dryer are also available. There are three bedrooms with fans and wardrobes: two have a double bed, while the third has two single beds. One of the double bedrooms also offers sea views. A full bathroom with a bathtub serves the apartment. When travelling with a baby, a cot and high chair can be provided.

Just a few steps from the apartment, you can relax on the long, fine-sand beaches, stroll along the shore and admire the sunset. Oliva’s historic centre is well worth a visit, where you can discover its narrow streets, ancient walls and the Tosalet del Doix viewpoint. You can also enjoy Valencian cuisine at the local restaurants, where rice dishes, fresh fish and Mediterranean produce take centre stage.
