"The sheets could be updated. We did not use them as they were dirty and then the clean ones were in the dryer and not completely dried so they smelled bad. This could be due to the fact that the heat and hot water was turned off."

There was mail in the box and a package on the steps that gave the impression the property had not been visited in a bit.
