"Probably one of the best B&B's we have stayed in. Highly recommend."

"Hands down our best room in Scotland! The room & bathroom were spacious, immaculate, and warmly decorated. Everything you might possibly need was provided - a plethora of complimentary snacks & beverages, wonderful local soaps & lotions, a hair dryer (lacking in 2 of our previous rooms). Small little kindnesses like a tiny flashlight attached to the room key & umbrellas provided in the room , lots of hanging & hook space. It was just a lovely lovely room with numerous extras that set it...

"I was actually shocked at the room. $200 US a night and no attached bath. Owner needs to make it clear that private bath is down the hall. Receptionist was gracious and worked out a refund for the second night but I would have never booked the room had I known my private bath was down the hall. Room was very sparse for the price. Walls were very thin. Listened to my neighbor clear his throat all night. Just not a comfortable room at all."

"God morgenmad "

"Meget venligt og imødekommende personale. Super morgenmad og god beliggenhed. Meget små værelser og badeværelse. "

"Bonne localisation. Chambre démesurément petite (à peine de la place pour les bagages). Salle de bain minuscule et besoin de rénovation). On avait l'impression de déranger la personne en arrivant à l’hotel, croissant sec dans la boîte à lunch du petit déjeuner. Je ne recommande pas."

"We booked this property in April 2026 thinking it was one house made up of one dwelling. We booked one night and after some deliberation we booked a second consecutive night separately believing it would be the same property. Upon arrival at the property we soon realized the house was divided into two separate residences, an east wing and a west wing. At no point did Black Sheep Hotels tell us that the property was made up of two residences and that we had in fact booked one night in each...

"Fint værelse. Venlig personale. God beliggenhed. Lugt af røg på badeværelset. Vand i bruseren ikke særlig varmt. "

"Wow! The in-room dining was really special."

"Nice staff and great joint facilities. The room had the heat turned off on arrival and it took almost 24 to heat up. The breakfast was a bit sad. "

"Super lækkert værelse med flot badværelse, nemt at finde, nemt at lukke sig ind."

"By mistake, I booked a two nights stay at Holly Tree Hotel. I asked for help to change the dates, but there was no mercy, so my money was lost. Very poor customer service!"
