A lot of instructions at check-in but it’s understandable because it’s in a beautiful and quiet gated community. The house is neat and has great decor but housekeeping could do a better job cleaning toilets and making sure the sheets are clean, considering the cleaning fee. It has a lot of beds and can accommodate a very big family. There are very little essentials provided. You have to go to the nearby grocery store to buy dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, etc. if you don’t bring it with you. Other than that you have pretty much anything you need. You also can’t leave any trash outside because of wildlife. We stayed several nights and had to go to the community dumpsters to dump our trash and still left more trash than we would’ve liked at checkout. Also the driveway is super steep and you can’t tell from the pictures. The only downside for us, a family with children, was that there wasn’t any outdoor space where the kids could play freely, the landscape is reduced because it’s so high up on the mountain and the only flat space led to the dangerously steep driveway.
