"Stayed one night as a stop over on the way home. Comfortable, clean room and the breakfast was great"

"The room ( junior suite ) was cold as the radiators were not working when we arrived. Reception was informed at about 4,00 pm but nothing improved until several houirs later. Two electric heaters were put in the room and the radiators eventually came on. The 'fault', we weere told, was the room thermostst which was located outside in the hallway (???) and somebody had turned it off. "Hotellet var som sådan helt ok, men mødet med receptionen var meget mærkeligt. Selve opholdet var forudbetalt. Vi medbragte to hunde, hvilket vi havde skrevet på Hotel.com, hvilket ikke var kommet frem til hotellet. Da det var et såkaldt hundevenligt hotel kunne vi dog alligevel god indlogere os med hundene, der skulle betales forud for dem (vi var der kun en nat).
