INTERIOR DESCRIPTION

Recently renovated, Villetta Bianca is arranged on two independent levels. The upper level is accessible via an external staircase on the side of the building. On the ground floor, there is a spacious open-plan area with a living room/TV corner and a double sofa bed, air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen with dining table, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher; a large bathroom with shower/bidet/WC/sink and Velux window; and a spacious bedroom with a double bed and a single bed with a garden view and air conditioning. The living room opens to the outdoor space with a covered veranda, garden furniture, and sun loungers. The 300 sqm garden is shared with a second property in front. On the upper level, a small entrance with a wardrobe and mini-fridge leads to a spacious bedroom with a double bed, a single bed, and air conditioning; the bedroom has a balcony with outdoor furniture and a garden view. A modern bathroom with shower/bidet/WC/sink is exclusively for the upper floor guests. An external small room in the garden hosts the laundry with a washing machine and a charcoal barbecue. The garden is fenced and closed by an electric gate, with space to park up to two cars.

DESTINATION INFORMATION AND DISTANCES

The surrounding area hosts numerous beach kiosks where you can relax in the evening, sipping a glass of wine or a cocktail, and enjoying typical appetizers.
