The interiors of Villa Olivastro are bright, functional and well organised. Accommodating up to six guests, the property features three bedrooms (two doubles and one with twin beds), two bathrooms with shower, a comfortable living room with dining area and TV, and a fully equipped separate kitchen. All rooms are air-conditioned, making it an ideal air-conditioned holiday home for stays throughout the year.

The outdoor area includes a private courtyard with a reserved parking space, making it a convenient holiday home with private parking. • A security deposit is required upon arrival and will be pre-authorised on the guest’s physical credit card.

The cost of final cleaning and the initial set of bed linen and towels is not included in the base rate and will be charged separately. Extra linen changes are available on request.

• A tourist lease agreement must be signed (in Italian); an English courtesy copy is provided.

Keys must be collected at the Klodge Reception – Via Pescara 11, Olbia, just a few minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport.

The municipality uses a door-to-door waste collection system. Guests must use the appropriate bags and dispose of waste correctly before departure.
