Located in the Province of Gallura, North-East Sardinia, this comfortable 90 sqm villa accommodates up to 5 guests. It features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, all on one level. On the main floor, you will find a spacious living room with an open-plan kitchen, dining area, and relaxation space. The kitchen is well equipped; air conditioning, TV, and washing machine ensure convenience throughout your stay. For families, a baby cot and high chair are available.



Outdoors, you can unwind in the private garden and on the terraces, both covered and open, enjoying sea views over the small bay of Costa Corallina and its white beaches. An outdoor shower offers added comfort after a day at the beach.



A parking space is available in the shared garage. The villa is just a short walk from the beach and marina, easily reached on foot in a peaceful, quiet area. Events are not permitted on the property.



Cleaning service is available during your stay for an extra fee. Air conditioning is available for an extra fee.
