Our hotel is located in the city center in a building that dates back to 1700, the breakfast room (the basement) is one of our strengths as very characteristic and equipped with all comforts. As you can verify yourself, in the reviews on all portals the staff in the breakfast room is the most appreciated as chat with guests, gives them all the attention and pampering, is very attentive to all their needs, You probably misunderstood the situation, we never had reports of this kind. We would like to clarify that the air conditioning, as explained at check-in, is adjusted via the room remote control, while the wall panel marks the room temperature, which is why it could not regulate the cooling of the air conditioner. As written on our website and on all online booking channels, our hotel does not have private parking, but in the immediate vicinity there are several areas where you can park your car, there are also free areas. August, the month in which you stayed at our hotel, is also the month in which our island attracts the largest number of tourists. I think you understand why we can not all find parking easily in the historic center of Olbia when we want. I’m sorry to have to contradict your statement, but the photos on our website and on all booking channels are photos taken last year, so could you please explain to us what was not the reality? I personally checked you in. Do you remember that I had not even opened the door of the room we had assigned you and you already wanted to change room? Immediately after you complained about the air conditioning, we showed up to verify the problem. The air conditioning kept working normally, the real problem was that you wanted to change rooms. After half an hour we showed you another room, equal to the previous but with an extra window in the bathroom. You were very happy, and we were happier because our goal is to see smile the our guests. We want to guarantee the night rest of our guests who choose to spend their holidays in our hotel, for this reason, if you had only informed us of the inconvenience of the bed, we would have done something to remedy your inconvenience. But in that regard, not a word from you! We are glad, that at least the staff was at your height 😊 Our aim is to make our guests happy and satisfied and we are sorry we did not succeeded with you.
