To spice up your stay, we can help set up a basket with wine for $50 (including the wine bottle). If you like our handmade wine basket, it costs $150 itself.

If you come here expecting a 5-star full service hotel, you might be disappointed but if you want a clean stay with a cozy bed and fresh sheets, you will have an amazing stay. Our guests love our bed and “complain” to us that they spend all day sleeping comfortably and do not have time for sightseeing.

You have the entire backyard studio for yourself.

The master suite has a modern luxury bathtub for your relaxation. We just kindly request our guests to use it with care as you are responsible for any damage to it.

Please be respectful to the neighbors and the guests staying at the front house which is attached to this Master Suite unit. Please volume down and do not make loud noise after 10pm. No party is allowed to respect all the neighborhood.

Just like any major city, from time to time, you may see or hear homeless people walking around on the sidewalk. They are people just like you and I and are completely harmless if you leave them be. The yard is fully gated and your unit is code-accessed, ensuring your privacy and safety.
Guest access
After you park on the driveway or on the street in front of the Beach House, you can access to the backyard master suite, which is freshly cleaned for yourself and your guests.

Please note that this Master Suite unit is attached to the front house. Guests at both units have their own privacy and separate entrances.
Other things to note
Same day bookings can be made, but immediate check-in is not available. Please do not just show up. You must get in touch with the host prior to arrival.

If you book same day, the unit may not be cleaned and the sheets/towels may not be ready until later in the day.
