"En general el hotel es muy bueno, servicio atento, aunque hay ligeras variaciones por el cambio de personal, las instalaciones acordes con el precio, toallas limpias y no muy gastadas, mantas para el frio, el cable un poco deficiente pq se entrecorta, pero con tantas opciones de internet no se extrana mucho."

"The pictures used on Expedia for the rooms represent the room in its "tidiest state", but when you actually are in one of the rooms, the interior is in much worse shape (walls/beddding). The bathroom section has a toilet that barely has room for legs because a wall is in the way. At night mosquitoes can come in and so do cockroaches. While I am not scared of either, the mosquitoes are definitely annoying.
While if you have command of Spanish, you can talk with the receptionist but if you don't...

"My mother had an excellent stay at this hotel during her business trip. The staff was exceptionally courteous and went out of their way to ensure her comfort. The room was impeccably clean, well-appointed, and the bed was very comfortable. She particularly appreciated the convenient location. "Da jeg ankom efter en 12,5 timers rejse trængte jeg til et varmt bad, men der var ikke varmt vand i bruseren. Jeg var glad for at se,at der var badekar. Men der var ingen prop til badekarret. Sengen var ikke for god.der blev spillet høj musik til kl. 6 om morgenen fredag, lørdag og søndag. Men det generede mig ikke så meget, da jeg ikke kunne sove alligevel. Indretningen i gennemført art noveau stil gør dog hotellet til et besøg værd. Morgenmaden blev serveret enkeltvis ved bordet.maden i restauranten vil jeg beskrive spm god. God placering ved den hyggelige plaza san martin, hvor det er tilladt at agitere. Og kun en kilometer til hovedpladsen personalet var meget søde. Nogle af dem i receptionen talte også engelsk."
