* cigarets and hair by chairs, on floors and on little tables by pool
* dirty broken madrasses by pool
* disgusting that smoking by pool is ok
* snotty spit and hair in pool
* no service at pool
GENERAL:
* no proper service or cleaning - we have to ask for: cleaning, clean towels, clean sheets, emptying of trash - sometimes they still don’t do it when we have asked for it - it seems like they ddon’t care about customers checked in bc we can’t leave before the booking ends anyway!...

"The property is new and the new food court and bar next door is great. No need to get in your car to get food. They have Mexican and Italian and sandwiches. There is also a bakery and Asian and seafood all in same building. Highly recommend 💕👍"

This location will be a major stop traveling to Texas and back and our families will use this location as well. Ian was excellent as well, he does a great job pulling double duty in the morning.
