Other Things to Note:
◆ The booking price includes a property damage protection fee to cover up to $5,000 of coverage for accidental contents damage and accidental property damage. (Please be advised that a 30-night stay requires $150 in property damage protection insurance, with an additional $5 every additional night). Property damage protection is included for any damages, subject to exclusions and limitations, that occur to the premises during your rental period. Any damage or accident that is not covered under the policy will be the responsibility of the guest. Damage amounts in excess of damage insurance will be charged to the guest.
