My only one negative (and not really a negative) was that our room was on the 1st floor and we could hear the people, kids and dog walking around early in the morning."

The room was clean, cozy and had all the necessary amenities such as mini fridge, microwave, keurig coffee machine, shampoo, conditioner and body wash, utensils, glasses, etc. The bed and futon were very comfortable and even the kids slept well. Obviously there is a bit of noise since this is a B&B in a century old house but ear plugs work very well for light sleepers!
The B&B in located right in the heart of Wakefield and is walking distance...
