"The stay was awful. Honestly. I found finger nails on the bedside table, and when I informed the reception they told me that I could find a maid on the third floor. No apology, no help, no compensation. The breakfast was very bad - even the scrambled eggs were inedible. There was no sun at the pool. Again I asked in the reception and they couldn’t tell me when there was any sun. She said “sometime this afternoon”. I would never book this again. The lack of service, the food, the pool and...

"We were looking for a hotel near the airport. Location was good. Breakfast was good. Parking was good."

"Everything was OK. Not great - not bad, but acceptably OK. The room and indeed the entire hotel was a bit tired and worn. The air on in the room was broken and replaced by a stand alone unit wit the exhaust in a house leading out an open window. Ok solution but the unit was extremely loud. No way the unit could be turned on when I was in the room. The staff was friendly but not very helpful, the waitress in the restaurant forgot my order for food and drinks twice in a week. Furthermore...

"Bättre gymutrustning skulle höja helheten."

"Området trænger gevaldigt til at blive renoveret. Poolen ikke helt sikker."

"Fantastic Hotel"

"This place was great. It was spacious for our family. We had a few hiccups, getting the door unlocked and with the power, but the guest was super responsive and helpful with this. We have no complaints and thought the location was great. It was the perfect spot between the hustle and bustle of the city and Sintra."

"Dejligt guesthouse.
