Holiday Home 'Casa Alecrim - Selão Da Eira' with Sea View, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

Casa Alecrim is one of the three accommodations at Sítio Das Rolas, offering stunning views of the landscape, the water garden, and the sunset over the sea. Guests will find tranquillity, privacy, modern comfort, and an interior characterised by natural materials. The environment reflects the eco-friendly standards applied in its construction, including good thermal insulation and efficient heating.



This spacious house feels like a home and is also suitable for guests in wheelchairs. Bedroom 1, with a double bed, offers a wide view of the water garden and the sea on the horizon. There is enough space to add a cot. Bedroom 2, located slightly apart near the entrance, also has a double bed and a small desk. Bedroom 3 is flexible, and can be arranged with two single beds or one king-size bed. Another option is to have only one bed, with an additional desk. All beds have orthopaedic mattresses. The larger bathroom features a wide walk-in shower and a bathtub, while the smaller bathroom has a corner shower cabin.



The kitchen is large and fully equipped. The dining room, with a table for 6-8 people, extends to a conservatory with another dining table of the same size, and also connects to the living room with a terrace in front. An extra “pouf” bed, integrated into the living room, provides another sleeping space and can be set up either in the living room or the conservatory. The house comfortably accommodates 7 people.



The house is well-suited for longer stays and remote work. Wi-Fi is free and reliable, with good speed and stability. Each accommodation has separate lines and access keys.
