Spacious, cool, and well-located house. The ground floor features a living room, dining area, open-plan kitchen, one bathroom, and a double bedroom. The attic offers two single bedrooms, a small lounge, and a terrace with a barbecue. The house has internet; the password will be provided upon arrival.



All bedrooms are small but cozy, creating a pleasant atmosphere.



This is a beach house, subject to cold winters and cool nights even in summer, which may cause a slight humidity smell, though it is always clean. The house stays cool in summer and cold in winter.



Located in a small village, close to the sea (about 800 meters) and local shops.



Guests have access to the entire house except for the storage room, which is for the owner’s use only.



Bed linen and towels are included per guest per booking. There is a washing machine (detergents not included). Firewood for the fireplace is not provided and must be purchased if you wish to use it. Charcoal, firelighters, and matches for the barbecue are not included, but these are easily found in local grocery stores.



If you use the fireplace or barbecue, please leave them clean at the end of your stay.



The house accommodates up to 4 people.



Smoking is not allowed on the property.
