"Nice stay and helpful staff."

"Great rooms, outstanding food and perfect service. Nothing else is needed."

"The hotel and staff were great. Our only issue really was that although you get early entry into the park, alot of the rides don't open until later in the day which means there's not a lot to do with smaller kids who aren't going on the skylion. The evening buffet is nice but also expensive and not really worth it for families with picky eater kids"

"Decent enough hotel, great proximity to Legoland. Special shout out to Paris on the front desk, she was incredibly helpful. I also saw her dealing with some challenging customers and she managed them with professionalism, understanding but also stood her ground. She’s a credit to IHG"

"The hotel is acceptable overall, but with some notable drawbacks. The staff are friendly and helpful, which is a definite positive, and the beds are comfortable. Housekeeping is not automatic and needs to be requested separately, which was inconvenient. Room cleanliness was okay but not great — the room felt a bit grubby rather than truly clean. Breakfast was underwhelming. The eggs were not fresh, and the overall selection was just average. The split setup between the Residence Inn and the Moxy...

"Perfectly comfortable stay in good size room. Reception and bar staff are friendly and helpful. The food at breakfast was a little underwhelming and the place is quite dark but otherwise would stay again."

"very quite room in spite of being in the city of Windsor . A good pub across the street (30 seconds walk) , plenty of parking, good breakfast. Highly recommended"

"Great location and good price. We loved being able to walk everywhere. We have no complaints. Didnt get a chance to eat breakfast but it looked good."
