"such a cute space and everyone was super sweet and helpful!"

"Really disappointed with the hotel. Everything about this hotel was old and outdated. Room had terrible smell and the beds were hard as rock. Towels were very thin and linens have seen better days. Only positive thing about this hotel is it's close proximity to train station. Pay extra and go elsewhere. Would NOT recommend this place to anyone."

"The place is very unique and charming. A really amazing experience for a traditional Onsen. The staff are super kind and the service is superb."

"Great staff, nice view, clean room and nice onsen"

"This is our most memorable stay in Japan. We had an exceptional room with private rooftop onsen and incredible views. The staff and management were especially helpful and more importantly they were sincere. Their recommendations were fantastic. Manazuru is a lovely, manageable, not over saturated town with limited tourist influence and it might be hard to find a better place to stay than this one. It can be viewed as expensive but in Japan you pay for what you get and the value was fantastic. ...

"Friendly staff and the spa area is fine but the hotel is dated with a strong smell. The room is spacious and enough room for a family of five. "

"The food is amazing. The staff are very helpful and genuine. The setting is beautiful. The room was very restful and the in room onsen was a treat."

"We had a wonderful experience. The house and the garden are very beautiful and had a very nice atmosphere. The onsen (the big one on the left) is very nice. The staff is very friendly and helpful. "

"We really enjoyed our stay here! The hotel is super nice, clean, and comfortable. The location was perfect and made it easy to get around. We’d definitely stay here again"

Hyggelig lille japansk forhave"
