*ECO - The air conditioners are equipped with ECO-FRIENDLY sensors that turn the AC off when doors or windows are left open for longer than 3 minutes or if it deems there is no one in the room for a period longer than 15 minutes.
For the bedrooms ensure that all WINDOWS and BEDROOM DOORS are closed for the AC to run continuously.
For the living room ensure that all WINDOWS and DOORS are closed for the AC to run continuously.

This is your very own SWEET OASIS where you can enjoy the entire space (except storage cupboards/closets with locks on them) and amenities of the community. The community amenities include:- 24-hour security, swimming pool, kids playground, table tennis, walking trails, lawn tennis court, gym and *club house.
Valid Government issued I.D. Is required for all adults 18 and above checking in and names must be provided prior to arrival to be registered at the security gate.
*The Club House features a large common space ideal for large functions; a small fee may apply and depends on availability.

1. SWEET OASIS is delighted to provide guests with a smoke-free home. Therefore, No smoking is permitted inside the house.
2. The water heater is solar; therefore, on a cloudy/rainy day hot water may be limited.
3. Please do not leave the outside doors and windows open for extended periods of time; to prevent bugs and mosquitoes from getting into the house.
4. Guests are not required to wash linens or strip beds on check out. Additionally, please remove garbage to the garbage bin located outside at the back curve.
5. We have recently planted privacy hedges and gardens and the sprinkler system is on back order. As a result, the gardener may stop by periodically to water the plants.
