The elevator, tv, usb charging ports in the room, even the bathroom tubs drain pipe system litterally wobbles nothing is even connected, the water pressure is absurdly low also. (1) When Checking in, waited in front of a Kiosk where a person on screen from a remote location was helping other guests check-in, and that was taking hell lot of time; we had to wait longer than normal in the line and that was not a good initial experience. "I usually travel and stay at inexpensive hotels. I don't need a lot. Just a decent place to stay. I booked two rooms for my wife and I, and also two other people we traveled with. There was rust in the tub in my room and the toilet seat was loose and the roll of tissue on the side of the toilet was just about gone. But I could live with the room. "The room was ok but its old. It needs a deep deep cleaning. There was dust on the small lamp shades that looked like its been there for a long time. This place definitely needs an overhaul and upgrade. I checked in and upon seeing the room, I wanted to not stay there but I had to due to the fact that I had gone through a 3rd party and was non refundable. We made the best of it and was out of the room as much time as we could and only came back to sleep."

He rolled a draw out to take my ID and credit card. He said a $50 deposit is required in case we damage the room. What a joke. There is nothing possible that we will take or damage in the room.
