"Friendly staff and good location to a stroll around the centre of Perth. The room was a bit worn - and bubblegum was stuck in the carpet and could do with an in-depth cleaning. Overall good value for money."

"Clean rooms, but the whole hotel had a bit of a weird vibe. Walls are quite thin so you will hear your neighbour's and sounds from outside.
Staff was friendly and helpful."

"This gem is close to Westfield Miranda, buses and the train station.
Lots of cafes and restaurants close by.
My room was spacious and comfortable with loads of natural light. Great comfy bed and terrific pillows. The renovated bathroom was also spacious and I loved the toiletries being supplied.
Parking is available,
Staff are amazing! Friendly and helpful.
It appears to be a hotel that has many repeat guests.
I liked the availability of buying snacks in the lobby.
A good, well maintained,...

"The location is good, but the beds and pillows smell bad and are not comfortable at all. The carpet is old and looks dirty too. The apartment itself looks very old. You can hear noise from everywhere, and it's noisy; we couldn't sleep peacefully."

The family rooms are not luxurious but the beds are very comfy and large and the rooms are very clean. The best thing was the service. What an introduction to the kiwi attitude. When we left in the morning and wanted to get an Uber to get to pick up our motorhome they offered to drive us there for free. Oh, and our kids loved the large indoor pool! It was fantastic to keep jetlag to a minimum.
