This home also boasts four comfortable bedrooms including two kid-friendly bunk rooms, two desks and chairs perfect for your laptops for remote work or schooling, and a furnished back patio with a gas grill and an outdoor dining table for eight.

And less than a half-mile from your door, take advantage of a variety of community amenities at the clubhouse including a shared pool, sauna, pickleball & basketball courts, and a fitness room (all for an additional fee).

Things to Know
TV streaming services require guest accounts to access.
The outdoor pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. The indoor pool is not accessible.
Pool passes are $35/week/person and must be purchased by the renter at the clubhouse with a copy of the contract (payable by credit card only) for renters aged six years and over in order to use the community amenities.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Security camera details: A Ring security camera is located at front entrance of the home.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
