All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Cable TV is not available. Streaming available with guests' accounts.
Guests are welcome to the amenities located inside the garage. However, garage parking is unavailable.

You must be 25 or older to rent this property.
Pool hours 10AM - 8PM, Memorial Day through Labor Day. No more than 4 people per home allowed at the pool at one time. All guests 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult. Fob is required to use the pool and one is included with the rental. NOTE: A $100 fee will be assessed for any lost or stolen fobs.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
