The bedroom features a cozy queen-size bed, complete with fresh linens and ample storage space. For added convenience, a stackable washer and dryer are included, and the bathroom comes stocked with all necessary amenities—fresh towels, toiletries, and a hairdryer—so you have everything you need for a relaxing getaway.

House Rules

Welcome! We hope you enjoy your stay and feel right at home. We just ask that you keep a few things in mind during your visit.

No smoking or vaping inside the property. If you smoke outside, please dispose of cigarette butts properly.

Please be respectful of the neighbors. Keep noise at a reasonable level, especially at night. Parties and events are not allowed.

Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight. Please let us know if you plan to have additional visitors at the property.

Please take care of the home. If something gets damaged or broken during your stay, just let us know. Accidents happen, and we`d rather know about them so we can take care of things properly.

Pets are only allowed when approved for the property. Please clean up after your pet and do not leave pets unattended if they are not comfortable being alone.

Please clean up after yourself in the kitchen. If you use dishes, please load and start the dishwasher before checkout. Please don`t leave food or dirty dishes sitting out.

Please use the towels and linens provided for their intended purpose. Makeup, hair dye, cleaning up spills, and other substances can permanently stain them. If linens or towels become wet, please place them in the bathtub before checkout.

Please don`t move furniture or remove items from the property. If you need something or have a question about something in the home, just reach out to us.

For everyone`s safety, please don`t tamper with smoke detectors, locks, or other safety equipment.

Before You Leave

When you`re getting ready to check out, please:

Take the trash out
Start the dishwasher if there are dirty dishes
Place any wet linens in the bathtub
Turn off lights and appliances
Make sure doors and windows are closed and locked
Check for any personal belongings
