"I can’t say enough about the staff at the Castle in the Sand. We had to move from another unrelated hotel in the area after a very poor experience and everyone we dealt with was so helpful. "

"Pros: kitchen breakfast staff was very nice and helpful, a/c in room worked well. Cons: charged a 50.00 deposit i didnt know about refunded at checkout, there was 2 stains in carpet in my room and I noticed 2 towels were stained when I held up to the light . Water pressure in shower was weak. Also the walls must be thin because I could hear my neighbors next door too well"

"The lobby staff was great! The room was dirty, hasn't been dusted in forever and the floor was dirty. They give you dish soap but no dish rag. No utensils. The beach view was great. Something new is they charge for parking."

"Check in Staff was very personable and helpful. The suite was large, the king bed was comfortable, the linens crisp and clean, and the room overall was very clean. The beach and ocean view from the balcony was great. The kitchen area with refrigerator, microwave, and cook top was very convenient. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider another stay in the future."

"Poolside was comfy and clean, Alex and Andy were on top of keeping the pool area clean. I saw them nightly coming in vacuuming keeping the area clean and closing the pool. I did not experience breakfast at all so I cannot speak on that "

"This was an amazingly quirky place that would be so awesome for a couple days. We had 2 bedrooms, kitchenette/dining room and bath. I loved the artwork, the little porch and how close we were to the boardwalk. The bathroom was tiny and the shower didn't work, but we were the first guest for the season in that unit, so they didn't know it wasn't working. They were very responsive and everything was clean. If I was planning to spend 3 or more days in town, this would be a good choice. "
