The main floor features a luxurious master suite with a king bed and a second bedroom with a cozy queen. Upstairs, one bedroom includes a double bed and a set of bunk beds with a double on the bottom and a single on top, making it perfect for kids or extra guests. Each of these three bedrooms has a private bath with a tub/shower combo. The upstairs master bedroom is a peaceful retreat with a king bed and a private bath that includes a garden tub and separate shower. The den offers even more sleeping space with a sleeper sofa, privacy curtain, and a rollaway bed for extra flexibility.

Throughout the home, you’ll find seven Smart TVs—one in each bedroom, plus the living room, the den, and even one by the pool—making it easy for everyone to relax with their favorite shows. The dining room seats eight, with four additional seats at the kitchen island, creating the perfect space for gathering, sharing meals, or playing games after a day at the beach.

Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional.*

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining 50% balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
In the event of cancellation, refunds will only be issued if the property is re-rented for the same dates and rental rate. If re-rented, all payments will be refunded, less a our administrative and convenience fee.
If the property is not re-rented, all payments are forfeited.
This cancellation policy supersedes VRBO’s platform settings and applies to all reservations booked through Williamson Realty Vacations.
