Beautiful beach house! We were a group of 9 (5 adults, 4 teens) and we all loved this spacious house. The furnishings were perfect. Spacious living room with plenty of seating. Well stocked kitchen for all our needs. We loved having our morning coffee on the deck and enjoyed swims at the pool when we weren’t down on the beach (which was a very short walk!). We would love to come back to this special spot.

The house met our needs very well. We had sunshine every day and cooler weather made for a wonderful week. My son-in-law's mother is disabled and the elevator in the house, along with the loan of a beach wheelchair from the town of OIB, allowed us to include her in all our activities.

We hada multi generational group. The house is so well equipped, particularly for the pool. We love having sheets and twoels included. That makes packing easy. there is an extra fridge which we used a lot. The kitchen accomodating lots of folks cooking at once. Once of our favorite features was the outside table overlooking the ocean. We ate dinner out there every night.

Our Sundowner stay at Ocean Isle Beach was nothing short of perfect. The home is lovely, spacious, friendly, and comfortable. The kitchen is the most well-stocked kitchen we have ever had. The appliances, small and large, were plentiful and worked perfectly. The pots and pans and dishes were not junk gleaned from garage sales but were good quality that you need for good cooking. I really cannot say enough complimentary things about the kitchen! The kids, as well as adults, enjoyed the selection of indoor games as well as the fun pool and ocean items for entertainment. Mike, our host, was easy to contact and quickly attentive to our needs. And friendly, too! We also loved the area and will very likely make a return visit in the future. If I was forced to make just one suggestion, it would be to quiet the kitchen cabinet doors with those little bumpers because they seem pretty loud when the guys close them while others are sleeping. lol It's a really wonderful place if that's the best suggestion I can come up with. All in all, our stay was perfect in every way. Thank you, Mike, for sharing your lovely beach house with us.
