"Sandy was a responsive host who tried to help us when issues arose with the plumbing during our stay. The toilet wasn’t working properly and the place needed little functional fixes/updates here and there. Also, the main a/c unit vents were very dirty. Street parking in front most of the time was a plus. It was also quiet and close to a nice downtown area. It was a nice size 2-day stay for 2 adults and 1 child. A few tweaks and it would be a great stay!"

Also, “laundry available” means at a laundromat up the street! Really? For a family using the beach allweekend? At an additional cost? Beach passes not provided. "It was a place to stay. Wouldn’t advise using this place unless you take pictures of everything when you get there and when you leave. We were accused of taking 2 luggage stands and breaking a lock. We used them and left them there. We didn’t have room in our car to take them since we had 6 people and luggage to the top. Really. As for the lock. We didn’t even see one. We were there for a funeral and only slept there at night. No parties and didn’t even go out the back. Good luck with future...
