Modern 3-bedroom family home offers easy living, wifi, SSAC and space for the family across a single level. Large windows attract beautiful sunlight into the open plan living area, linking to a lovely covered front deck and established gardens. This beautiful seaside home is only 1.2km to pristine Collendina beach, in a gateway position to explore the Bellarine’s best surfing, boating, golf, wineries and attractions. No matter the season, holidays spent by the coast will enrich and revive you.

The Space:
If your wishlist for holiday accommodation includes all the comforts of home, combined with a convenient location, privacy and outdoor living, then welcome to this Ocean Grove lifestyle gem on the Bellarine Peninsula. Located within 200m of Ocean Grove Marketplace, and only a few minutes’ drive to idyllic beach access, the long crescent shape beach offers 10km of unspoilt walks to either Pt Lonsdale (east) or Barwon Heads (west).

The living room is a comfortable open plan space with a leather lounge, ceiling fan, Smart TV (Netflix connectivity) and split system heating-cooling. Ducted heating throughout also makes for year-round climate comfort. The leafy green outlook embraces the garden surrounds, setting a relaxing scene for family fun, board games and movie nights.

Immaculately presented throughout, entertainers will love the dining and kitchen area, where a large stone bench and 6-seater dining table brings everyone together for meals. The stunning kitchen has high quality appliances including an electric oven and gas cooktop, dishwasher and microwave. Direct access to the undercover deck for outdoor dining makes for the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee, or cook the BBQ. Outside, there’s even a hot outdoor shower to rinse off the sand after the beach.

This 3-bedroom home sleeps 8 guests, all beautifully appointed with hotel quality sheets and bath towels to make your stay as pleasurable as possible. Each bedroom has a split system heating-cooling unit. The main bedroom is positioned for privacy, featuring a King-size bed with Smart TV, ceiling fan and ensuite (shower, vanity, toilet).

In a separate wing, there are two further bedrooms, a central bathroom (shower, bath, vanity and separate toilet) and a laundry (washing machine and clothes dryer). The Queen bedroom has a digital TV and DVD player (plus HDMI cable to connect a laptop to Netflix/streaming channels). The double bunk room (to sleep 4 kids) completes the sleeping quarters, with a digital TV and Wii console (limited games supplied) to entertain the kids.

13th Beach offers long beach walks and waves for advanced surfers.
Barwon River caters to fishing, swimming, SUPing, kayaking, and walking the shoreline.
Plenty of cafes and restaurants locally, with many more restaurants, wineries, breweries around the region.
Adventure Park is a great day out with the kids - just 10 mins drive away.

Our beach house is within easy walking/riding distance to parks, shops and beaches. On and off-street parking available.

Closest train station 25km away (Marshall station) for V/Line train Geelong- Melbourne.
Ocean Grove is 1 hour 30 mins by car from Melbourne

We had a lovely week away. The house was only a short drive to the back beach, which was the main purpose of our get away. Everyone loved the beds. We stayed when it was over 30 degrees each day so appreciated the split system and ceiling fan in each room. We would absolutely stay again.

There were four of us (two adult couples) in the three bedroom cottage. It was well set up, very clean, and having two bathrooms is a great advantage. The kitchen is also well equipped, with large stove and fridge and plenty of crockery and utensils. On the downside: the dishwasher was out of order - rather unfortunate over Christmas. Three of our bedside lights needed new globes (which we provided). There were spare globes in a cupboard, but none for these lights. There was one very hot day, and while the reverse cycle aircon worked well in the living area and one bedroom, the unit in the front bedroom was not working properly and could not cool the room. The location is very noisy, busy street near a busy intersection - the front verandah BBQ area looks lovely, but traffic noise means you can't actually have a sustained conversation, so we cooked outside and ate inside. We did have a lovely few days' holiday, but not sure I would book it again, largely because of the busy street.

House was immaculate, beds comfortable. Netflix on tv but could not get to work. Location a bit out of town. Very difficult trying to get in touch with someone prior to stay to discuss a Covid issue - incorrect phone number on email and no email reply in timely manner.

We enjoyed our stay. It was a golf weekend and the central location was great. Shopping centre around the corner was very handy also. House is very clean and we would stay there again.
