Guests have access to whole property, except for the rear garage.

We like to give our guests space to enjoy their stay, however we are close by if you need anything at all.

Remove excess rubbish (charges apply if left behind)
Leave property clean and tidy
Return furniture to original position

Cancellations: Please ensure you have the appropriate level of travel insurance for any unforeseen events which may prevent you from travelling. The cancellation policy agreed to at the time of booking is firm. Direct booking/VRBO/STAYZ cancellations outside the cancellation policy will incur a $50 admin fee for bookings less than $1000, bookings greater than $1000 will be at a rate of 5%
