You will not run out of fun things to do! This unit comes with a fully equipped kitchen, washer dryer, private balcony, and free WiFi. This building offers an outdoor bayside pool, elevator & free parking for 1 car. Occupancy is 6, no smoking, no pets allowed. Linens and towels provided for free for your convenience. Enjoy a front-row seat to Old Town Ocean City at this one-bedroom condo located on the bayside. Not only will you be able to walk to the beach, the boardwalk, and an assortment of dining and shopping, you'll be greeted back at home in the afternoons by a full kitchen (with a dishwasher), free WiFi, a private washer/dryer, and air conditioning for your comfort.

On the bayside grounds of White Marlin, you'll have access to an outdoor pool at the water's edge. The beach, the historic Ocean City Boardwalk, the fishing pier, and Ripley's Believe It or Not! are all just two blocks east, with a number of great restaurants, eateries, shops, bars, and sources of entertainment nearby as well.

THINGS TO KNOW

Smoking is prohibited.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
