Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. EV charging is not available/permitted on the premises. Doing so is cause for removal. There are charging stations at 100th St. bayside, 40th St. bayside, and at Royal Farms and Wawa in West Ocean City.

The booking, the check in and overall property was amazing. It was a ll g overdue family vacation that was perfect! The property was well maintained, clean and everything we wanted and more. Highly recommended to all.

Yes but they do need a new sofa. It is so uncomfortable. We decided to watch the football and it was terribly uncomfortable. The curtain in the Master looked a bit shaky so we never closed it thinking it might come off the wall. Everything else was decent, and clean.

LOVED THIS CONDO!

This condo was perfect for my family, plenty of room to spread out. Kitchen is in great shape, tons of space. Beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. Linens, towels and shampoo/conditioner/body wash are provided. The views are OUTSTANDING! You can lay in bed in the master bedroom and watch the sunrise! I would definitely book again! Parking for one car was very convenient to the elevator and street parking for other vehicles is plentiful and close. Washer and dryer are in great shape. We greatly appreciated the welcome pack of toilet paper and some cleaning supplies!

Great spot

We enjoyed this space. The bunk beds were great for our kids and gave extra space to move around in the second room. The space doesn't have any "extras" so be sure to bring a pack of cards and your own game or books if you want them!

Great beach stay

Overall a really great stay! We had 4 adults and it was a great location for a week at the beach. Loved the balcony and the big window on the main bedroom. Only notes is that there’s room for improvement in the cleaning department and some of the amenities could use some updates. The garbage was a bit of a pain as the pull out was broken and we eventually succumbed to putting the garbage bag on the ground because it was just easier.

Good location and beach

This is a nice unit in a quieter section of the beach, which we liked. Great views from the balcony and windows. Easy parking. However, the internet service did not work and was not fixed during our stay despite several messages to Vacasa. That meant no TVs either (roku), which wasn't a big deal in the day when we were enjoying the beach, but made nighttime less enjoyable.

Overall we were very pleased with the unit and our time there, however the WiFi/internet/TV was not working. We contacted Vacasa but nobody ever came to fix it. Asides from that it was a good stay

Lovely location and unit

We stayed here for two weeks. The location and unit were very nice. Overall a great stay However, the lace could use some TLC . The entrance light did not work. The carpets were filthy. Having a full size mirror in the apartment somewhere would be great. Other than that kitchen was remodeled and adequately equipped. Bedrooms had plenty of storage and hangers.

Vacasa will never let you speak to a real person!

We loved the property. The views of the ocean were great, and the neighbors we met in the building were very friendly. Vacasa the management company may have no real employees. It took multiple text and calls for me to ask for a late check out….finally I had to press 1 for safety issues before I could speak to a real person. And he didn’t know the late check out policy. Before using that “press 1 for safety issues” trick, I just received random responses from the AI bot….referring to check in for example….when I was asking about check OUT. Only stay with Vacasa if you are confident you will never need to speak to a real person to assist with your booking!!

Disappointed - rugs had lots of dark stains, balcony infested with nats

Although the apartment looked newly redone, they left old carpets in the bedroom that were very dirty. The balcony was infested with nats that made it unusable, and a plug was coming out of the wall with exposed wires I felt was unsafe for my young daughter. I contacted the property manager immediately and a week later have only received a “we will get back to you” response. Very disappointed.

Location is Everything

No better location! 50th ocean front and side view of town and bayside offers spectacular views. We've vacationed at The Mooring for 40 years now and it is wonderful with full balcony, assigned parking, and elevator to all floors.

Very nice with some issues

In general, I would book this condo again. The view was spectacular. We brought my elderly mom, so the elevator was great. We traveled in the off season, so parking was great, but it doesn't seem like it would be as good in summer. The decor was very nice and the kitchen was well stocked. The windows were covered in dirty handprints, we ended up going out and buying glass cleaner. The carpets in the bedrooms were filthy and gross The biggest problem was that multiple electrical receptacles were not properly installed and when you would pull a cord out, the entire receptacle would pull out of the wall. This is a giant safety hazard, and I had a small child, so this should immediately get fixed. Otherwise, we had a great time.

The views were spectacular

We hope to stay in this condo again in the future as it was a spectacular place to stay. Not only with the views spectacular but it was close to everything that we wanted to do. The next time we come down we hope to go to see the horses which we didn't have time for but if my daughter didn't have finals the end of this week we would have wanted to stay much longer. Hopefully we will be back soon and hope to stay in the same place
