Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. EV charging is not available/permitted on the premises. Doing so is cause for removal. There are charging stations at 100th St. bayside, 40th St. bayside, and at Royal Farms and Wawa in West Ocean City.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Yes but they do need a new sofa. It is so uncomfortable. We decided to watch the football and it was terribly uncomfortable. The curtain in the Master looked a bit shaky so we never closed it thinking it might come off the wall. Everything else was decent, and clean.

Vacasa will never let you speak to a real person!

We loved the property. The views of the ocean were great, and the neighbors we met in the building were very friendly. Vacasa the management company may have no real employees. It took multiple text and calls for me to ask for a late check out….finally I had to press 1 for safety issues before I could speak to a real person. And he didn’t know the late check out policy. Before using that “press 1 for safety issues” trick, I just received random responses from the AI bot….referring to check in for example….when I was asking about check OUT. Only stay with Vacasa if you are confident you will never need to speak to a real person to assist with your booking!!

Great spot

We enjoyed this space. The bunk beds were great for our kids and gave extra space to move around in the second room. The space doesn't have any "extras" so be sure to bring a pack of cards and your own game or books if you want them!

Disappointed - rugs had lots of dark stains, balcony infested with nats

Although the apartment looked newly redone, they left old carpets in the bedroom that were very dirty. The balcony was infested with nats that made it unusable, and a plug was coming out of the wall with exposed wires I felt was unsafe for my young daughter. I contacted the property manager immediately and a week later have only received a “we will get back to you” response. Very disappointed.

The views were spectacular

We hope to stay in this condo again in the future as it was a spectacular place to stay. Not only with the views spectacular but it was close to everything that we wanted to do. The next time we come down we hope to go to see the horses which we didn't have time for but if my daughter didn't have finals the end of this week we would have wanted to stay much longer. Hopefully we will be back soon and hope to stay in the same place

Beautiful Condo

I stayed with my grandchildren over New Year's Weekend. The condo was comfortable, beautifully decorated with ample supplies. I must say the beds were comfortable. My grands loved the bunk beds. The condo is located right in the middle of everything. Also the other guests or owners were very friendly and helpful. My check in process did not go so well. I was given a code to enter the condo but it did not work. That's because the instructions were not complete. So imagine a long ride in the rain. Unpacking the car, getting into a small slow elevator and then having to wait at a condo door that opens to outside with 2 young children. After several calls and code changes I received the correct instructions. Thank goodness asvI was close to tears. Also while the inside of the condo is amazing the exterior of the building looks a tad motelish. Just my thoughts. Overall I enjoyed my stay. Thank you.

Great Location-beautiful views! Elevator!

End unit/top floor very bright with lots of light and unobstructed views of ocean. Elevator was a must as traveling with 95y/o. Nice decor and all the necessities including linen service which was great! Vacasa even provided a “ starter” pack at check in with a few basics. We were offered a late checkout option which was a nice surprise and allowed us to stay all day on Sunday. The cleaning left a little to be desired and carpets and furniture a bit soiled/beat up. Vacasa responsive to feedback. Would rent again due to space and location.

Enjoyed out stay. Sink I master would not drain and got backed up

Enjoyable stay other than the biting flies which covered the door to balcony. It would Work much better and you might attract more people if you did not have the bunkbed in a second bedroom. two single beds would have worked much better. Not comfortable for two adults.

Nice top floor end unit

We went to OC for a birthday getaway. The condo was very nice and beautifully decorated. It was adequately equipped with the essentials and the freezer had plenty of ice for our needs. It is an ideal location and watching the sunrise from the balcony was nothing short of breathtaking. However, there were a few hiccups. There were numerous flies EVERYWHERE! We spent the first evening killing flies; not the ideal start to a vacation. We had to go to Walmart to buy Hot Shot for flying insects. Also, all beds were stripped down to the mattress cover with no linen or towels in sight. (I was baffled because I specifically asked prior to leaving my home if linens would be provided and was assured that they were). There were two laundry bags of what appeared to be dirty linen for pick-up outside the condo in the walkway. So during our Walmart run we also purchased linens because we didn’t know if we would have any for our stay. After several calls to property management we were informed that the laundry bags outside the front door were indeed the linens and towels for our use. That was quite surprising that we were to use linen left outside. Even if the beds weren’t made it would have been better if the linen was placed inside the condo. Additionally, the floors were not properly cleaned and the kitchen was dirty (there was food debris on the stove and counter). So, in addition to pest control and linen duty, we did general housekeeping, i.e., sweeping, vacuuming and kitchen clean up. Finally, after making it through the first night, the remainder of our stay went quite well.

Thanksgiving in OC!

Our immediate family of seven (which includes young adults and one child) celebrated Thanksgiving a little differently this year. The condo is just as beautiful as the view! We had perfect weather so we were able to enjoy it even more. The Property Management team was excellent to work with. So grateful for our time together - it was exactly what we hoped for during these unprecedented times. We hope to return!

Comfortable enough but could be better

The condo was satisfactory for our family of 5, but a bit small. The kitchen provided the tools and appliances we needed and the freezer produced enough ice for our week long stay. The welcome bag from Vantage Realty was a nice bonus! There wasn't enough seating for us to sit and watch a movie comfortably and the master bathroom was very small (same size as the other bathroom). The hardwood flooring in the main living area and kitchen were nice, but the carpeting in the bedrooms was pretty dingy. There wasn't enough places to set our things in the master bedroom...no chair or hooks to hang things. The washing machine worked well and held a lot. The bedding and towels that are included were nice and of good quality. Good location but the beach was more crowded than we expected...there seems to be a public access path right next to the condo.

Thoughtfully furnished with plenty of seating for visiting guests. Stunning ocean views. Loved!

We had a few minor issues and maintenance was on top of things. Vantage Rental Agency was thorough with communications to prepare us for arrival. Only things we were missing for visit: hair dryer, toaster and wine bottle opener...family member brought these items down the day after our arrival, so we were set! Cannot day enough good things about the view, furnishings, beach and general location of this unit. With an elevator, getting to and from the beach was a snap...we simply stored chairs and umbrellas off in our vehicle to avoid dragging sand in.
