Exploring is easy, with shopping, dining, grocery stores, and other amenities all within walking distance, but if you don’t feel like wandering too far, there’s are several restaurants and a convenience store right on-site. Jolly Roger Amusement Park and the north end of the Boardwalk are around five miles south.

Brew some coffee and wake up to watch the sunrise on your oceanfront balcony each morning, then slip into your swimsuit and head downstairs to start building the day’s sandcastle or work on your tan at the complex’s outdoor pool.

Inside the condo, you’ll find a bright, open-concept floor plan with a spacious kitchen, dining area, and living room, and the same gorgeous ocean view thanks to the wall of windows onto the balcony. Sleek stainless steel appliances and gleaming granite countertops in the full kitchen make cooking a pleasure, and there’s plenty of room at mealtime between the dining table, breakfast bar, and patio tables on the balcony.

After a day on the sand, use the handy outdoor shower to rinse off, then bask in the central AC while the washer/dryer goes to work on the day’s clothes. With two living rooms, five streaming-capable TVs, and free WiFi, everyone should be able to find a spot to watch their favorite show. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
