    The Space:

    New for 2021, Calypso 704 is the perfect oceanfront destination in Ocean City! This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo offers so many outstanding features, including an expansive, furnished balcony with amazing oceanfront views and plenty of room to soak up the sun or dine outdoors in the shade. The condo has been wonderfully maintained and completely upgraded throughout. At-home features include free WiFi, three TVs (including TVs in both bedrooms), a fully equipped kitchen, wall-unit air conditioning, and a washer/dryer. On the grounds of Calypso, you'll be treated to a large outdoor pool for your off-beach convenience and enjoyment, private parking for one car (with additional parking available on a first come, first serve basis), and building elevators. What's nearby: This direct oceanfront condo is located on 62nd Street in Ocean City, with countless things to do and see in this part of midtown when you're ready to venture out. Check out the nearby 67th Street Town Center, where you can grab a bite to eat or enjoy some retail therapy at Longboard Cafe, Sweetfrog, Ron Jon Surf Shop, The Kite Loft, and Dolle's Candyland. Looking for a special night out or a scenic lunch on the bay? Some of Ocean City's best cuisine and nightlife can be found in this section of town at Fager's Island, Seacrets, Macky's Bayside Bar & Grill, BJ's on the Water, Skye Bar, and Dead Freddies Bar & Grill (which includes a cute on-site playground for kids). Stuck with a rainy day or want to beat the heat? Challenge the family to a round of mini-golf at Old Pro Golf's indoor course or a game of bowling at Alley Oops and Ocean Lanes Bowling (all are within a couple of blocks). All of this, and you'll be a short drive or bus ride from the famous Ocean City Boardwalk. Things to know: Full kitchen The pool is open seasonally Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. EV charging is not available/permitted on the premises. Doing so is cause for removal. There are charging stations at 100th St. bayside, 40th St. bayside, and at Royal Farms and Wawa in West Ocean City.

Seaside Paradise

The sweeping views are amazing. You cannot get any better view in OC. Full Kitchen, large family room, 2 Full bathrooms ,remolded throughout. Walking distance to great restaurants--sky bar, longboard, fagers. Lovely pool. I will be coming back again

Amazing views

The balcony is amazing in this condo. It is huge and partially covered so you can be in shade or sun. The living room wall is all glass so you don't even have to step outside to enjoy the beautiful ocean. Both bathrooms are gorgeous. Entire condo is tastefully decorated. Only complaints are deck table and chairs are cheap plastic and there are no steak knives in the kitchen. So any food requiring more than a butter knife needs to be cut with a big kitchen knife. Overall this place is a winner and I will stay again.

Amazing balcony!

We booked this condo last minute when our original rental fell through two days before, and we were so happy with this replacement! The balcony is amazing! It’s huge, there’s basically 2 sections, one which is shaded and one with full sun, and the view is beautiful! We ate breakfast and lunch on it every day because of the view! The interior was also fantastic! The living room furniture was new, and it was decorated perfectly. There were 2 full bathrooms and we were able to take showers in both at the same time with no issues. There was never a wait for the elevator, and checking in and out was a synch. I would recommend this highly to anyone and how to stay again in it soon!

Summer vacation

The condo itself was great and looked exactly as it was pictured. It was very clean, with an amazing balcony and beautiful view. The balcony was very large with a table that we could eat dinner at and lots of seats to relax. However, the property manager and staff were very unfriendly and rude. A lot of elderly people own property there and some did not appear very tolerant of the children, especially when in the pool. The pool is also in the middle of the parking lot, but our kids didn't seem to mind at least. The pool closed at 7, so our children were disappointed they couldn't swim at night like they love to do. It was very conveniently located on the beach which was great, but there were no bathrooms outside by the beach or pool, so we had to go back up to the condo to use the bathroom. Overall, we had a very good vacation but we probably would not return.

The building & unit not as nice as these pictures they show you.

Disappointed with the pool especially. Dirty and moldy. Was not cleaned for 2 days when we checked in, sand everywhere. Poor building maintenance, lobby smelled like mold. No assigned parking onsite for this unit despite it saying so in the description. I would not rent in this building again. No central air in this unit and the window units did not work when it got over 80 degrees outside, we were so hot and uncomfortable during our stay. They had fans but that didn't help at all. Disappointed to say the least.
