Welcome to this cozy, oceanfront condo in Boca Grande! Witness the beauty of the beach right from your balcony! You will enjoy beautiful sunrises and the smell of the ocean from the comfort of your very own private balcony. Boca Grande 504 has everything you need for a great summer vacation of fun and relaxation. The suite has a well-equipped kitchen, a dining area, a bright and airy living room, new furnishings, flatscreen TVs, free WiFi, and even a reserved parking space. Sports enthusiasts will find municipal tennis courts and pickleball courts within walking distance of the condo.

Things to know:
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

This rental is located on floor 5.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This property was as advertised! There were no surprises for us and we had a great weekend! The view of the beach/sunrise was exactly what we wanted. The place was big enough for the four of us. The house was well stocked with plates, bowls, etc. We would come back and stay again!

Great location and excellent views

Perfect location right on the beach with a balcony overlooking the ocean. The condo was perfect for two couples. The only minor complaint was towels were listed on the description but there were none. We bought a few right across the street so it was not a major problem. I would reserve this place again for sure.

Awesome View

We enjoyed our family time and don't let the quirkiness of places get in the way of our good time. It took awhile for condo to cool down - at least 24 hours. The refrigerator did not keep anything cold. We used a cooler for the important stuff. We enjoyed sitting on balcony and watching the ocean. Table was small but we made it work. I didn't realize that bringing your own linens meant bring pillows and blankets too. I had to spend another $50 at Roses for stuff I will never use again. Even with little nuisances - there is nothing that the beach can not cure!

great location

The view from our kitchen and living room of the beach and ocean was wonderful. The area was quiet. Walking to the beach was so convenient. We stayed on the 5th floor and used the elevator often. The king size bed in the master bedroom took up a lot of room so walking between the foot of the bed and the wall mounted tv took care. the 2 bathrooms worked well, no problems with the toilets. They are outdated as far as color and style but very functional. The living room area and eating area are small but again functional. The 2nd bedroom had a single bed and a double, again a tight fit with not much room for luggage or walking. This room was very warm. Thankfully 2 fans were provided and we placed the floor fan in the hallway to blow cool air into the bedroom otherwise it would have been very uncomfortable to sleep. We did not use the provided washer and dryer so I don't know how well they worked. When we arrived the fridge was noisy and the inside was warm. A magnet on the fridge said to allow 24 hours for it to cool so we did. Unfortunately, it never did cool properly and we placed our items in the freezer in hopes they would not spoil. We called Vantage and they said they would send someone out. I was disappointed no one came until the next day around noon. And their comment was, it is not cooling properly, they will contact the owner. We did not hear anything after that and I know Vantage had my phone #. The next afternoon as we were leaving to go out, a technician arrived. I asked him if he was there for our room he said yes. We left and returned about 3 or 4 hours later to a note on the fridge saying it was fixed. Our items had been left in the freezer and were starting to freeze. I'm not a fan of frozen raw carrots! Better communication and quicker response time would have been appreciated. I also found the outside of the kitchen cabinets rather dirty. And the people before us did not thoroughly wash pans and dishes. So I was required to wash items before using them. The previous renters had also left clean dishes in the dishwasher for me to put away. The dining room fan/light gave us some issues. It made strange noises and blinked when lit to the point that we turned off the light and just used the lights from the kitchen. There is a nice little porch to sit on, again a little crowded but doable. Check in and out times are short and check out was not personable. Doors were locked and shades pulled closed. used mail slot.

Family week in OC Md

The property is in a great location with a great view of the beach. There were many restaurants and shops within a 5 mile radius. The booking process was easy. There was 1 issue during our visit. When we returned from the beach in the late afternoon or evening, the temperature in the Condo was 77 to 80 degress when the thermostat was set to 72 and the unit did not cool down until very late in the evening. I called the maintenance number provided and left a message but received no return call. This problem was mentioned in a previous review on this property so I assumed it was corrected. If not for this issue, it would have been a perfect vacation in a perfect location. This is why a rated this experience a 4.

Great place

Wonderful view. Lots of room overall but the bedroom with two beds is crowded.There is not much room to move around and it is difficult to get into the closet . The small bed in that room is not comfortable and the headboard makes noise whenever you move and the clock is noisy. Overall, a great experience. The unit was clean and well furnished.

We loved Boca Grande! Great condo for our family of four. Great location on the beach! Walking distance to the Bad Monkey and Fager Island! We had a blast watching the sunrise from the deck, crabbing at the bay, and swimming for hours in the ocean! Thanks

Stay at Atlantic Ave. Ocean City Md.

Our stay in apartment was not the best we had ever had.The view was great,clean and close to to the ocean.The bed in the master bedroom was way to soft,our son and daughter in-law said they woke up with back aches just about every morning.My wife and I stayed in the second bedroom and was very disappointed,there was a queen size and a single bed in the room and you could not walk around ,you had to crawl in the bed. I have sleep apnea and I had to put my machine on the floor. We could only use the two top drawers of the dresser it was so tight space.If we were to use that place ever again they would have to take out the single bed and turn the queen bed around so you would be comfortable. Great View Of The Beach

Condo is conveniently located with a great view of the beach. The only issue on sunny days the air conditioner didn't seem to work. No matter what the setting, the temperature was 79-80 degrees in the condo.

AC issues

We were out the entire day on Saturday and when we got back to the apartment the place was really hot. the AC was set to 72 degree but the temp was 82degrees inside and rising. We called the emergency number for service and they promptly sent a technician out to service the AC unit. The tech got to the place at around 7 and after working on the system where he readjusted the vents and opened all the closed vents he left. He told us that the system is blowing cold air out again and we should be ok and the system was indeed blowing cold air at that time. He said we should call them back if we have any issues. We left for dinner and when we came back at midnight there was no change.. The apartment was still hot, I called the emergency number again but it being midnight I was told that they would send someone out first thing in the morning. Next day I got a call at 4pm asking how the AC is working but no one call to check..
