Beach-goers will delight in Royal Hawaiian 211, a two-bedroom condo that's ideally located on the ocean block in North Ocean City. When you're not strolling to the beach to swim, sunbathe, or boogie board, you'll have a sunny balcony, central air conditioning, a private washer/dryer, and an open living space and kitchen to make your time spent at home just as easy and comfortable.

Here at the Royal Hawaiian, you'll enjoy amenities that include an indoor lap pool and an outdoor swimming pool, with the ocean beach just down the block. Coastal Highway - which is home to all sorts of restaurants, casual eateries, shops, and attractions - is less than a block in the other direction, with tax-free shopping and the Fenwick Island Lighthouse across the Delaware state line a few blocks north.

All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises (Including balconies)There will be fine of $500 assessed and possible immediate eviction if this is violated.
Streaming services will require a guest account to access.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
