About the Space
Mallard’s Beach House is a comfortable three-bedroom, one-bath, single-story home located in a quiet residential lane in downtown Ocean City. Original hardwood floors and thoughtful modern upgrades provide a welcoming and relaxing environment.
The home features a fully equipped kitchen, open living area, central heat and air, and a private washer and dryer for guest convenience. Recent upgrades include a new roof, upgraded encapsulated crawl space to reduce humidity, a brand-new rear deck and patio with accent lighting, central HVAC, and all-new plumbing, and landscaping.
Outdoor Living
Guests enjoy a private back deck decorated with furniture and lighting for quiet mornings or relaxing evenings, along with a furnished front porch and fenced-in yard ideal for socializing and relaxation. Additional amenities include an outdoor rinse station, bicycle parking island, one off-street parking spot, street parking nearby, and paid parking nearby.

Smart TVs in each bedroom and the living room are equipped to stream your apps and devices.
WIFI connections are strong and reliable. Comfortable beds with fresh clean linens await you.
Bath towels, kitchen towels, toilet paper, paper towels, two trash bags and two laundry pods are provided to get you started. The kitchen has a crock pot and crab pots to help prepare group meals.
Sleeping arrangements: the master bedroom and second bedroom each have 1 queen bed, and the third bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed.
Complimentary fresh sheets and a towel package are included with every reservation of 3 nights or more, ensuring a hassle-free experience from the moment you arrive. This will include 2 sheets for each sleeping surface, pillowcases for all the pillows and a set of towels for each guest (1-bath towel, 1-Hand towel and 1-wash cloth per guest). For hygiene and sanitation purposes, linens are professionally prepared, sealed in plastic and provided in a package. Guests will be responsible for making their own beds upon arrival.

Located just behind the historic Majestic Hotel and around the corner from Pickles Pub, the home offers exceptional walkability. Guests can easily access the beach, boardwalk, bayside sunsets, restaurants, and entertainment without needing a car. Bayside fishing is just two blocks away.

House Rules & Important Information
This home is not pet-friendly. Minimum age to book is 21(all guests must be 21+). Smoking and vaping are not permitted indoors. Registered guests only; no parties or large gatherings. Guests are asked to observe quiet hours after 9pm and rinse off sand at the rinse station before entering the home. All beach paraphernalia is to be always stored outside.
