Ideally located in an oceanfront building near shops, restaurants, and activities, this North Ocean City condo is a place to relax and unwind. Although not direct-oceanfront itself, the condo enjoys open views of the water from its balcony on the side of the building, not to mention easy access to the beach mere steps away. Inside, you'll be treated to central air conditioning, a full kitchen (with a dishwasher), and a private washer/dryer to make laundry a cinch.


Sandy Square is an oceanfront property perched on the dunes in North Ocean City. It's wonderfully located only two blocks from Coastal Highway, which is lined with restaurants, casual eateries, shops, nightlife, grocery stores, and sources of entertainment for all ages. Northside Park is three-quarters of a mile north as well, offering lighted sports fields, a fishing lagoon, concession stands, two playgrounds, a picnic area, two piers, a gazebo, walking and jogging paths, and a host of annual events across its 58 acres.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
