Hoteller nær Oasiria Water Park

"We've stayed at this hotel a couple of times before and had good experiences, but unfortunately this time was a downgrade in many aspects. We were given one of the smaller family rooms for four people, and honestly, it should not be offered for that number of guests. It felt cramped and uncomfortable for a family of four. The buffet area was constantly lacking basic items like plates, cups, and glasses. At breakfast, it could take up to 15 minutes just to get a coffee cup. Some guests had to use soup bowls for coffee or glasses for juice, which really shouldn't happen at a hotel of this standard. They even ran out of ice cream while children were queuing. At the bar, I asked for Moroccan tea, but was told they couldn't make it due to how long it would take – even though I had already waited 25 minutes just to place an order. Towels were never available at 11.30 you have to go and pick up in morning.
