This charming three-bedroom home in a park-like setting is perfect for a family, or one or two couples wanting a peaceful getaway. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen, with new granite countertops, refrigerator, gas stove, and appliances. The dining room table seats eight, with two additional seats at the kitchen counter. The living room has plenty of room, and a flatscreen smart TV with reliable Internet and WiFi as well as a brand new arcade game. Amenities include central air conditioning, and a clothes washer and dryer. There is a front patio, back deck, and a yard with big rocks.

The town of Oakhurst is 15 miles from the southern entrance of Yosemite National Park. Oakhurst provides shopping, restaurants, bars, a movie cinema, and a live stage theater. The home is also a short drive from beautiful Bass Lake, where you can enjoy boating, skiing, fishing, swimming, hiking, and bicycling. The Pines Village at the lake provides restaurants, a general market, bars, shops, and a full-service marina with rental boats, jet skis, and kayaks.
Bass Lake is less than 15 miles from the southern entrance of Yosemite National Park. Bass Lake reaches its peak water levels in the summer months and is lowered by 50 percent during the fall and winter months annually. Because of this summer water levels vary each year depending on the winter season rain and snowfall.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
